What a car detailing website has to do
A detailing customer is usually on a phone, comparing three businesses, and deciding in under a minute. The site has to answer three questions without scrolling: do you do this service, do you cover my area, and how do I book. Most detailing websites fail at least one of them, which is why a campaign can buy plenty of clicks and produce few enquiries.
The sites we build are structured around the services and the areas, because that is how people search: "ceramic coating Newcastle", "mobile detailing near me", "paint correction cost". Each of those lands on a page that answers it, shows the work and offers one clear next step.
What our detailing website design includes
Service pages that rank and convert
Ceramic coating, paint correction, interior, mobile, PPF, tint: one page each, with pricing guidance, photos and a booking form.
Service-area pages
Suburb and region pages built around real search demand, not one page with the suburb name swapped.
Tap-to-call and quote form above the fold
On every page, on every screen size, with the form posting straight to your phone and inbox.
Real photos and before-and-afters
Your work, optimised for speed and captioned for search. Stock photos of someone else's car do not sell coatings.
Speed and Core Web Vitals
Static, lightweight pages that pass Google's speed thresholds on a 4G connection.
Tracking built in
GA4, call tracking, form tracking and the Meta Pixel connected before launch, so every enquiry is attributed.
How we design and launch a detailing website
Service pages, not a services page
A single page listing everything you do ranks for nothing specific and converts nobody, because the customer cannot see the job they want. We build one page per service with its own photos, pricing guidance, FAQ and form. The ceramic coating page targets ceramic coating searches, the mobile page targets mobile searches, and the campaigns send each click to the matching page rather than the homepage. That alone lifts conversion rates: in the Gold Coast account, 21.45% of clicks become a call or a form.
Pricing guidance that pre-qualifies
Detailing customers are trying to work out whether you are in their budget before they call. A "from" price or a range for each service filters out the enquiries that were never going to book and increases the ones that do. It also ranks: "ceramic coating cost" and "paint correction price" are searched constantly in every market we work in, and a page that answers them earns the click.
Photos that sell the finish
Detailing is bought on what the result looks like. We use your real before-and-afters, water beading shots and interior transformations, compressed and captioned so the pages stay fast. Stock imagery is not used, because customers can tell, and because the same photos feed the Meta campaigns where the before-and-after is the ad.
Speed on a phone
Most detailing searches happen on a phone, often outside. The sites are static, lightweight and built to pass Core Web Vitals on a 4G connection, which affects both Google Ads landing-page quality and organic ranking under Google's page-experience guidance.
Tracking before launch
Call tracking, form tracking, GA4 and the Meta Pixel are installed and tested before the first dollar of ad spend. Without it, the monthly report is a guess. With it, the report shows which page, which campaign and which keyword produced each enquiry, and the budget moves toward what works.
Standards we work to. Core Web Vitals (the speed thresholds every build is tested against); Google's page experience guidance (what Search rewards on mobile). Our own figures come from the accounts on the results page.
