These terms apply to your use of detailup.com.au and to any services you engage Detail Up ("Detail Up", "we", "us", "our") to provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Our services

Detail Up provides website design and hosting, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads management, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads management for car detailing businesses in Australia and overseas. Specific scope, pricing and inclusions for your business are confirmed directly with you before work begins — the pricing shown on this site is a general guide, not a binding quote.

No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, a ranking position, a return on ad spend, or any other outcome. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, competition, ad platform policies, and how enquiries are followed up. Figures shown in our calculators are illustrative estimates based on the inputs provided, not a forecast.

Fees & billing

Program fees are set out in your written proposal and are tied to enquiries delivered as described there. Google Ads and Meta Ads management fees are billed separately from your ad spend, which is paid directly to Google or Meta and is not a fee we retain. SEO fees are confirmed based on scope. Full billing terms are confirmed in writing before your service begins.

Cancellation

You can cancel ongoing services in line with the notice period confirmed with you when you signed up. There's no fixed long-term lock-in beyond that notice period unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Website ownership & content

Websites we build for you are yours to use for your business. You're responsible for the accuracy of business information, licensing claims, and images or content you provide us to publish.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any loss connected to our services is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or, at our discretion, refunding the fees paid for that specific service in the relevant billing period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
